The BDAG Community is not affiliated with the team or parties that ran previous BDAG presales, previous ASIC miner sales, or previous order fulfilment. We did not receive payments for any previous BDAG or ASIC miner orders and cannot access, manage, refund, or fulfil any previous purchases. We are an independent group of supporters running this for the love of the project, we invested significant contributions into the network ourselves. This platform exists only to help people who want to mine the BlockDAG network, by enabling new ASIC miner purchases directly through our supplier channel.

Terms & Disclaimer

Read this before sending any payment. These terms apply to every order placed through this platform.

Deposit, balance & refund terms

  • Paying the deposit starts the manufacturing process.
  • Manufacturing time is approximately 2 weeks.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the miner ships.
  • You have 4 weeks from "Ready for shipping" to pay the remaining balance.
  • If the remainder is not paid within 4 weeks, the order is cancelled and the deposit is returned minus only the actual network (gas) fee, no service or processing fee.

Crypto payments are direct wallet transfers and may be irreversible. Send only to the address published on this page, on the correct network, for the correct amount. A returned deposit is refunded minus only the actual network (gas) fee, no service or processing fee.

X30 purchase, cancellation & refunds

  • An X30 is paid in full up front; manufacturing starts once your payment is verified on-chain.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund the full amount you paid, minus only the actual network (gas) fee to send it back, to the wallet you paid from.
  • You can cancel before your order ships (before manufacturing completes) for a full refund minus the network fee; once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, and customs or import duties may apply depending on your country.
  • For any dispute or problem, contact us first, we handle these manually and in good faith.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by region, courier, customs, and supplier availability.

Published receiving addresses

Payments go to one of these addresses, depending on the network you choose. Each is published openly so you can verify it independently on a block explorer before and after you pay.

These are the only addresses payments should be sent to, one per network. Always confirm the address matches the one shown at checkout for the network you chose. Sending the wrong currency, on the wrong network, or to any other address may result in permanent loss.

How it works & what can go wrong

How a payment is handled

You send crypto directly from your own wallet to the published address, then submit the transaction hash. Our team verifies every transaction on-chain, confirming the amount, currency, and network before the order moves forward. We aim to do this within roughly 48 hours, but that is a target, not a guaranteed time.

What can go wrong

  • — Direct wallet transfers are irreversible. If you send to the wrong address, we cannot recover the funds.
  • — Sending the wrong currency, or the right currency on the wrong network, can make the payment unrecoverable.
  • — Sending the wrong amount delays verification; an underpaid order cannot be confirmed until the correct amount is received.
  • — If a payment cannot be verified (wrong amount, wrong network, or no matching on-chain transaction), the order will not proceed and we will contact you about next steps.

Timelines are estimates

Manufacturing (approximately 2 weeks) and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They can shift with supplier availability, courier, and customs in your country.

What you acknowledge before paying

When you place an order you confirm each of the following. These are shown here for reference; you accept them explicitly at checkout.
