Who are you?
We are the BDAG Community, an independent group of supporters running this for the love of the BlockDAG project. We stay mostly anonymous on purpose: this site focuses on hardware access, transparency, and mining support rather than the individuals behind it. There are no team profiles.
Are you the previous BDAG presale or previous miner sale?
The BDAG Community is not affiliated with the team or parties that ran previous BDAG presales, previous ASIC miner sales, or previous order fulfilment. We did not receive payments for any previous BDAG or ASIC miner orders and cannot access, manage, refund, or fulfil any previous purchases. We are an independent group of supporters running this for the love of the project, we invested significant contributions into the network ourselves. This platform exists only to help people who want to mine the BlockDAG network, by enabling new ASIC miner purchases directly through our supplier channel.
What happens if I send crypto and get nothing back?
We accept USDT on three networks (Ethereum, Solana, and Tron), each with one published receiving address shown on the terms page and at checkout, you can check it on a block explorer. Every payment is verified on-chain by our team, and you submit your transaction hash so we can find it. You can then track your order status through manufacturing and shipping. Crypto transfers are direct and may be irreversible, so always confirm the address and network yourself before sending.
What is the difference between paying a deposit and paying in full?
Paying in full places the order outright. Paying the deposit starts manufacturing, and the remaining balance must be paid before the miner ships. See the full deposit terms on the terms page.
Can I get a refund? What is the 4-week deadline?
For deposit orders you have 4 weeks from "Ready for shipping" to pay the remaining balance. If it is not paid within 4 weeks the order is cancelled and the deposit is returned minus only the actual network (gas) fee, no service or processing fee. Is mining yield or profit guaranteed?
Mining yield is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual output depends on network conditions, difficulty, and BDAG value.
How long does payment verification take?
Your payment is verified on-chain by our team. We aim to verify within approximately 48 hours, but this is a target, not a guaranteed time.
